Coconut palm sugar
Coconut sugar (also known as coco sugar, coconut palm sugar or coco sap sugar) is a sugar produced from the sap of cut flower buds of the coconut palm. Coconut sugar has been used as a traditional sweetener for thousands of years in the South and South-East Asian regions where the coconut palm is in abundant supply.
Coconut sap is taken twice in a day, then sieved and boiled while adding organic coconut oil until sap consistency changes to jelled and brown colored. Stirring until the sugar turns dry and crusted, this then turns into granular sugar. Sieving, drying and packaging at farmers level, then sugar is being delivered to Central Processing Unit for Weighing, coding, recording, grading according to color and dryness level and Metal – detection. Finally, Drying, sieving, weighing, coding, packaging. Then stored before export
